2026年5月8日，“2026重塑联系：全球变局下的国际商务会议”（New Connections in International Business Conference 2026，简称 ZJU-IB2026）预备会议在浙江大学紫金港校区管理学院顺利举行。作为5月910日正式大会的前序环节，8号全天安排了丰富的会前活动，聚焦青年学者成长、特刊论文打磨与顶刊发表对话。

May 8, 2026，The pre-conference of the “ New Connections in International Business Conference 2026” (ZJU-IB2026) was successfully held at the School of Management, Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University. As a prelude to the main conference scheduled for May 9–10, a full day of pre-conference activities focus on the development of earlycareer scholars, the refinement of special issue papers, and dialogues on publishing in toptier journals.

Pre-Conference PDW one:. Paper Development Workshop for Doctoral Students and Early Career Researchers

5月8日上午10时至12时，会议举办了面向博士生及青年学者的论文发展工作坊（Paper Development Workshop）。该工作坊特邀Peter Buckley教授（曼彻斯特大学）、Torben Pedersen教授（哥本哈根商学院）、马旭飞教授（香港中文大学）和武常岐教授（北京大学）担任讨论嘉宾，围绕青年学者的论文选题、研究设计与发表策略进行了深入指导与交流。

 On the morning of 8 May, from 10:00 to 12:00, a Paper Development Workshop (PDW) was held for doctoral students and early- career researchers. The workshop featured distinguished discussants: Professor Peter Buckley (University of Manchester), Professor Torben Pedersen (Copenhagen Business School), Professor Xufei Ma (The Chinese University of Hong Kong), and Professor Changqi Wu (Peking University). They provided in-depth guidance and engaged in scholarly dialogue on research topic selection, research design, and publication strategies for junior academics.

Pre-Conference PDW twoPaper development workshop (PDW): Special Issue of Multinational Business Review (MBR）

当日下午13时30分至15时，浙江大学青山讲席教授和管理学院教授、英国社会科学院院士、英国皇家工艺学会会士Simon COLLINSON教授与墨尔本大学André Sammartino教授联合主持了另一场论文发展工作坊。本次工作坊聚焦《跨国商业评论》（Multinational Business Review，MBR）特刊，针对特刊论文的选题定位、框架完善与修改建议，为参会学者提供了专题辅导。

 From 13:30 to 15:00 in the afternoon, a second paper development workshop was co-chaired by Professor Simon Collinson, Tsingshan Chair Professor of Zhejiang University, Professor of Management, Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (UK), and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK), together with Professor André Sammartino (University of Melbourne). This workshop focused on the special issue of the Multinational Business Review (MBR). Participants received targeted advice on topic positioning, conceptual framing, and manuscript revision for the special issue.

下午15时至17时，会议举行了会前期刊编辑论坛，由浙江大学管理学院教授、浙江省数据知识产权研究基地主任、浙江大学创新管理与持续竞争力研究中心常务副主任黄灿教授担任主席。参与论坛的期刊包括Global Strategy Journal、Journal of World Business、Journal of Management Studies以及Journal of International Business Studies（JIBS）。Andrew Inkpen教授（哥本哈根商学院）、Jane Lu （香港城市大学）、Grazia Santangelo教授（哥本哈根商学院）、李家涛教授（香港科技大学）、马旭飞教授（香港中文大学）以及卜茂亮教授（南京大学）等嘉宾，从期刊编辑视角分享了选题趋势、审稿流程及回应评审意见的策略，为参会者提供了顶刊发表的一手经验。

 From 15:00 to 17:00, a pre-conference Journal Editors’ Panel was held, chaired by Professor Can Huang, Professor at the School of Management, Zhejiang University, Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Research Base for Data Intellectual Property, and Executive Deputy Director of the National Center for Innovation Management and Sustainable Competitiveness (NCIC) at Zhejiang University. The panel included representatives from leading journals: Global Strategy Journal, Journal of World Business, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS). Guest panellists included Professor Andrew Inkpen (Copenhagen Business School), Professor Jane Lu (City University of Hong Kong), Professor Grazia Santangelo (Copenhagen Business School), Professor Jiatao (JT) Li (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), Professor Xufei Ma (The Chinese University of Hong Kong), and Professor Maoliang Bu (Nanjing University). Drawing on their editorial experience, the panellists shared insights on emerging research trends, the manuscript review process, and strategies for responding to reviewer comments, offering participants first-hand knowledge of publishing in top-tier journals.
